Forgot your password?  Need to setup your recovery email address? Click on  NSCAD Password Manager

NSCAD University issues each student a personalized email address.  Once you have returned the Commitment statement and paid your Commitment fee the address is created for you. 

We will email your credentials to the personal email address provided on your application.  If you have not received your email credentials in a timely manner please begin by checking your email junk mail in case our email landed there.  If you cannot find our email please contact Admissions for an update. 

How to use Office 365 Webmail:

You will receive an email from us with your NSCAD email address and a temporary password.  Once you have received this information we ask you to reset your password to one you will remember best and sync your passwords for access to all student portals.  Resetting your password can be done here. 

Log into your Webmail account by using both your username and the @nscad.ca (e.g.. janesmith@nscad.ca) and then enter your password. Further instructions for Office 365 can be found here.

WebAdvisor

WebAdvisor is a student portal where you may:

• See your current and future (registered-for) Semester Schedules;
• Check Account statements;
• See Transcript (unofficial listing of all courses and grades that appear on the Transcript), GPA; or
• Search Timetable and Register Online (online registration is only available once you have completed Foundation).

You will log into WebAdvisor by clicking on the direct link.  You log into this portal by typing your user name and password.  This is the first part of your NSCAD email address and the same password for your email.
